During this 8wk course, you will be introduced and thoroughly engulphed in the world of chakras!! Not only will you be learning about them, but you will be healing your own chakras on a very deep level. The first class will be an informative session on the entire chakra system, and how it affects your energy and your health, how chakras get blocked and how you can keep them balanced. Each following week we will dive right into clearing each chakra, one by one, through awareness, knowledge, colour, essential oils, mantras and a deep reiki-infused meditation. This will be a safe space for you to explore, heal and release all that has been holding you back. You will receive a manual with handouts/homework, and a collection of stones which will be used independently to clear each chakra.

Classes will be held every Tuesday evening from 7:30pm-9pm, beginning October 5th to December 5th.
