I didn’t discover energy healing until after I became a mom. At the time, I was constantly exhausted, overwhelmed, and emotionally drained—blaming it all on life with a young family. It wasn’t until I joined a local meditation group that I realized something deeper was happening. My energy had shifted, and it was affecting every part of my life—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Learning Reiki opened the door to understanding and working with my energy. It gave me the tools to reconnect with myself, regain a sense of calm and control, and ultimately sparked a deep, undeniable passion: to help others heal and reconnect to themselves too.
My Journey & Experience
Since starting this journey, I’ve committed myself to lifelong learning and growth—not only for my own healing, but so I can offer the most grounded, intuitive, and effective support to others.
In May 2018, I added another powerful modality to my practice:
B.E.A.M. Therapy (Bioenergetic Emotional Access Method), developed by Dr. J.K. Beattie, MD. This gentle yet effective technique helps release unprocessed emotions and the energetic “toxins” that keep us stuck in old patterns and pain.
Credentials & Training
I am a Holy Fire III Karuna & Usui Reiki Master Teacher, a certified BEAM Therapist, and a Psychic Medium, registered with the Canadian Reiki Association and an Affiliate Member of the Reiki Membership Association. My healing practice is based in Whitby, Ontario—but thanks to the online world, I now offer my services and teachings to clients and students all over the globe.
In March 2021, I expanded my offerings to include an intuitive coaching and healing program called “Awaken Your Power”—a transformational journey for those ready to step into their truth, heal deeply, and live from their soul.
