My name is Kristen (Master Healer and Psychic Medium) and I would love for you to join me every Wednesday at 8pm for a different on-line guided meditation and distant healing!

This Wednesday we will be discussing Self-Love, just in time for Valentine's Day.

Self-Love is always a deep meditation and is the key to good mental health and well-being. During this Webinar, we will learn exactly how much we put everyone else first and why making ourselves a priority is better for everyone around you. I will then guide you step by step through a 30-40min meditation to bring love deep within. During the meditation I will send out Holy Fire III Reiki energy to the entire group for healing. You will then be guided to receive a psychic gift from your guides, specifically for you. There will be time after the meditation for questions and answers.

This is a live event hosted via Zoom as a Webinar. You will not be seen on video, but can comment and ask questions live. This meditation is not recorded.
