My name is Kristen (Master Healer and Psychic Medium) and I would love for you to join me every Wednesday at 8pm for a different on-line guided meditation and distant healing!

This Wednesday we will be learning about the importance of Grounding.

With everything going in the world right now, we really need to understand how important it is to be present and connected to ourselves as well as nature. Grounding will leave you feeling more confident and secure. I will guide you step by step through a 30-40min meditation to deeply ground yourself. During the meditation I will send out Holy Fire III Reiki energy to the entire group for healing. You will then be guided to receive a psychic gift from your guides, specifically for you. There will be time after the meditation for questions and answers.

This is a live event hosted via Zoom as a Webinar. You will not be seen on video, but can comment and ask questions live. This meditation is not recorded.
