This week we are healing the Root Chakra.
The root chakra is the energy center at the base of the spine, representing stability, and our connection to the Earth. When balanced, it provides foundation for physical and emotional well-being, allowing you to feel safe and grounded. After the discussion, you will be guided through a 30min meditation. During the meditation I will send out Holy Fire III Reiki energy to the entire group for healing. You will then be guided to receive a psychic gift from your guides, specifically for you. There will be time after the meditation for questions and answers.
