This Wednesday we are healing our Shadow Self.
Your Shadow Self is all the "stuff" (emotions, fears, desires, etc) that you don't necessarily want to acknowledge or relate to. We deny our Shadow Self as if it's not a part of us, but this can have a long lasting, negative impact on our lives. After our discussion, you will be guided through a 30-35min meditation. During the meditation I will send out Holy Fire III Reiki energy to the entire group for healing. You will then be guided to receive a psychic gift from your guides, specifically for you. There will be time after the meditation for questions and answers.
