This Wednesday we are Astral Traveling.
We can Astral Travel by allowing our energetic consciousness, leave our physical bodies. This allows us the freedom to explore the astral planes (the spiritual or energetic dimension). This will be fairly easy to do as the veil between this world and the spiritual dimension is very thin right now. After our discussion, you will be guided through a 30-35min meditation. During the meditation I will send out Holy Fire III Reiki energy to the entire group for healing. You will then be guided to receive a psychic gift from your guides, specifically for you. There will be time after the meditation for questions and answers.
