This Wednesday we are discussing what is means to "Shift".
When we shift energetically it means we have leveled up, raised our energy, and created a significantly positive change in our lives. The process of Shifting however, can be very uncomfortable and confusing. After our discussion, you will be guided through a 30-35min meditation. During the meditation I will send out Holy Fire III Reiki energy to the entire group for healing. You will then be guided to receive a psychic gift from your guides, specifically for you. There will be time after the meditation for questions and answers.
