Non-attachment is the practice of letting go of the need to control people, outcomes, and circumstances, allowing you to find peace, happiness, and security within yourself rather than in the external world. It allows us to trust the natural flow of life, releasing the need to cling to specific outcomes while remaining open to possibilities that may be even greater than we imagined. After the discussion, you will be guided through a 30min meditation. During the meditation I will send out Holy Fire III Reiki energy to the entire group for healing. You will then be guided to receive a psychic gift from your guides, specifically for you. There will be time after the meditation for questions and answers.
