During the Reiki Level I class students will learn the history and origins of Reiki, the Reiki principles, a full explanation of the healing energy, the importance of self-Reiki, about the Chakras, and the hand positions to treat yourself and others. The latter part of the day will be spent practicing treatments with each other. Students are provided with a detailed manual and a certificate of completion. Students are also provided support after class through a Facebook Student Group. Cost is $175, plus tax.
