The CCMBA workshop is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn about and experience a powerful hands on healing. During the healing, your body is able to release any negative past experinces from every level (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) which allows your body to return to a state of homeostasis.

You may experience a wide variety of releases; emotional trauma, physical or chronic pain, toxins leaving the body, bad habits no longer controlling you, etc. The results will have you feeling healthier, more energized, balanced, connected to spirit and with a more positive outlook on life.

What you need: - wear comfortable clothing
-bring a pillow and sleeping bag / yoga mat / blanket
-eat lightly before the workshop and bring water and a light
healthy snack.
